Previously Little Known Enemy

So to start off, I want to make clear that I have not personally been diagnosed with endometriosis. I have many of the same symptoms as women that I know who have endometriosis.

I know so many with Endometriosis

My oldest sister, my twin, and possibly my mother. Also my sister-in-law, and an old friend of the family. I haven't been diagnosed because I have not been to a doctor. Mostly I'm just dragging my feet about going because I hate hospitals. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Gathering information and research has been helpful

I do want to say that Endometriosis.net has been a big source of encouragement for me. I have scoured the internet and books for tips, food diets, exercise plans etc. You know the drill. Finding this site a few months ago has been a boon. Many great articles, stories, and tips on making life easier. Thank you so much for creating this "safe place" for endometriosis warriors and helping create awareness. Abi.
