"A major fight with my husband a couple of days ago may cause a flare up when I am already experiencing a flare up. Is that a rekindling of a flare up? "

    I don't know if I would have survived without my sense of humor. Yes, it's extremely challenging to not get a flare up from a super stressful event. I'm grateful it didn't ravage my IBS right away.

    sense of humor and trying to laugh about things is one of the only things that keeps me afloat, so I totally get it. Thank goodness the stress didn't stir up your IBS right away- but I know just how frustrating and annoying stress and flare ups in general can be. I feel like this is me basically 24-7! -Kimberli (team member)

    I think the new flare up is starting but it's hard to tell cause I am still in a flare up my husband cause in December. In our 11yrs together, he has only triggered 2 flare ups now.
