Self Care and Endometriosis

Everyone learns how important self care is, one way or another. When I was diagnosed with endometriosis, I thought things would get even harder to express and address with my community and loved ones, but in the process I've learned just how much strength and love can be built into my life from respecting my body and boundaries, even if they can be different from other people's needs. I am still learning every day how to be a better friend to myself as someone with chronic illness and pain!
