Surviving an Endo Flare

Learning to manage an endo flare-up is challenging and can take a toll on your mind, body, and spirit.

There are lots of ways to make it work more comfortably and livable. These have been passed down and shared throughout the endometriosis community and in my own experience.

I hope can help anyone else not sure what to do in those hard times!
