Endo and ERA

I am new to this forum and hope everyone is ok and coping.
I have been diagnosed with stage 4 endo following a laproscopy for back pain which turned out to be endometrial cysts on each ovary that grew very large. As the endo has spread and stuck to my other organs i have decided not to have any of the further surgeries required to unstick the organs.
Unfortunately i have had gone through 7 unsuccessful IVF attempts prior to this and was wondering if anyone has been successful getting pregnant at a later stage? Also is anyone familiar with the ERA part of IVF and whether there is any point of me even trying?
Any thoughts/experiences welcome

I have endo, I’ve done ivf w/icsi twice (both failed) and an ivf w/donor eggs which was successful. Now trying for baby #2 and did anFET fail so nowI have a ERA scheduled Oct 21. I’ll answer as many questions I can.
