Endo Flares
Do you ever experience endo flares? What symptoms have you experienced with them? How long did they last? Was there anything you found to make them better or worse?
Endo flares suck, mine lasted about 6 months and basically I just sat on the sofa with a heated blanket wrapped round me… not the best advise I know but it kind of had to run it’s course, the flare happened because the supply of tablets I took which stopped my periods went very low and they couldn’t get any so everything which had been subdued came back. I am back now on another form of the combined pill which means no more periods so hopefully things will settle down
