Endo & dizziness

Has anyone experienced dizziness or a floaty feeling from their endo? They suspect I have endo (I have a lap next week) due to intermittent pain, but I feel like it has all come on with a force. Since January, i have had intense pain 2 times a month around the end of the month(March = no pain) until May. In May I had terrible pain for a week straight. I have had hives once, headaches on and off, and most recently dizziness or a floaty feeling for most of the day for weeks straight. I also had a coupe of intense cramping days in June as well. With the recent dizziness, I feel like I am going crazy. Is it possible the dizziness is from the endo as well?

  1. Hi . Welcome to the comunity! I'm glad your surgery is coming up soon. I am sure you are anxious for some concrete answers. You are not going crazy. Some people with endometriosis do experience dizziness, but it is often due to comorbidities, like postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) or deficiencies in nutrients, such as B12, Vitamin D or iron. Your primary care doctor can easily run blood tests for nutrutional deficiencies, so that is probably a good place to start. It would be good to get it figured out before your surgery. I hope this helps and that you get some relief. Please keep us updated if you don't mind. I'll be thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)
