Best treatment options
Hi there,
I have recently had an MRI and they found cysts on both ovaries plus womb struck to bowel and bladder!!! Stage 4 too They have suggested Dienogest, GNRH analogue injections or Hysterectomy of one or both ovaries. Have you had experience of any or these treatments?
Oh you poor darling!!!! I know it might be too late but if you are ok with not being able to have children you could go on the combined contraception pill… basically it stops all periods and essentially puts you in to early menopause not great but certainly better than feeling like you’re in labour when you get up to make a drink!

Hi. I'm sorry, and Im almost in the same boat, with my uterus suspected to be stuck to my bowel, and endometriomas on both ovaries - stage 4 - revealed by an MRI. I'd be interested to hear people's answers to your questions too. I have a relative with stage 5 endometriosis. She's had 4 lap surgeries to remove the endo, which has given her relief for a few years each time, before the pain returns. However, she takes CBD and THC oil, and she has said her pain has basically gone, except for a little bit of an abdomen ache prior to her period! Good luck with things!
