Have You Tried This Pumpkin?

It seems like as soon as we flip the calendar into fall, everything is better with pumpkin. Some may argue that everything is better with pumpkin all year round!

I, unfortunately, have to pass on all the pumpkin lattes because caffeine is a big trigger for my migraines. So, I get creative on alternative ways to enjoy pumpkin – especially at breakfast time.

One of the products I’ve been loving this fall is pumpkin butter. Yum! It’s great on gluten-free toast or waffles or even pancakes. It’s also delicious on an apple or a rice cake with some sunflower butter. It helps give me my fill of pumpkin without the caffeinated loaded, migraine-triggering lattes!
