Natural Pain Killers: Ginger

Continuing my search for natural pain remedies, ginger may be my shining star. As a whole, it reduces inflammation, alleviates nausea and other stomach troubles, it can support the body in eliminating toxins, and can even stimulate digestion. And because generations have passed down the advice that ginger may help to alleviate menstrual cramps, it’s worth a try.
