However, if you’re like me and living with multiple medical conditions, it can feel quite torturous having to recall your entire medical history, surgery dates, and prescription list yet again.

Make your life easier by creating a medical history cheat sheet. This can be in a notebook or in a phone app. This way, next time you’re handed the clipboard of forms, you simply whip out your cheat sheet and it’s a mindless transfer of information over to the new forms.
