How to Stay Hydrated When Flying

Staying properly hydrated can be challenging on a good day, let alone a day that you’re traveling with limited access to water. But flying is one of the most important times to keep the body replenished with water. It improves digestion, energy, and immune system.

Travel to the airport with a full water bottle. Commit to drinking it before you get to the security line. Go through security with the bottle empty and then refill once you get to your gate. When the flight attendants come around with the beverage cart, ask to have your water bottle filled.
