Hip-Opening Exercise to Help with Pain

Our hips are notoriously tight. We sit much of our day, whether it’s in the car, at a desk, or on the couch. As a result, not only do we get shortened muscles like our hip flexors that can lead to low back pain, but it doesn’t create a good healing environment in managing endometriosis.

A yoga squat is a pose that many people have found great benefit in relieving pain and calming the body.

Join me in trying out a yoga squat. Remember to incorporate your breath and enjoy it as long as feels comfortable for you.
