Emotional Support with Essential Oils

We know that stress isn’t good. It doesn’t feel good. It certainly doesn’t look good on us. And it doesn’t do any good to our bodies.

One study found that “stress exacerbates endometriosis manifestations and inflammatory parameters in an animal model".1 It’s really no surprise that stress creates inflammation in the body.

How we manage stress is the question. Here’s my strategy – essential oils.

I have a series of oils that I use throughout the month to help manage mood, energy, and overall wellbeing. I love the rollerball blends because they’re easy to carry around and obviously the more convenient they are the more consistent I’m likely to be with them.
