Do You Need to Eliminate Butter Too?

Going dairy-free has been suggested to be helpful in managing symptoms of endometriosis. But does that include the beloved butter?

In short, yes. Butter is cream-based, so it's best to avoid it for a period of time if you're exploring an elimination diet.

Don't fret, though, I have plenty of dairy-free alternatives for you. There are a variety of coconut-based alternatives, as well as ghee, all of which are shelf stable and found in the aisles of your local grocery store.
