How to Not Feel Deprived During the Holidays

The holidays surround me with some of my favorite foods. If I’m not careful, it can be a slippery slope leading from "one exception” on food to the next... until my meals are unrecognizable by the time I ring in the New Year.

This actually happened to me two years ago. I paid the price and vowed to never let it happen again. Here’s how I stay on track while still enjoying the spirit of the holidays.

  1. Never arrive hungry to a party.
  2. Focus on the people over the food.
  3. Eat exceptionally well when you’re not at parties.
  4. Consider adding nutritional support (digestive enzymes, probiotics, collagen protein)
