I Miss Dairy!
One of the most beneficial changes I’ve made to my diet since getting diagnosed with endometriosis is eliminating dairy. I feel it has reduced that feeling of overall inflammation in my body and I personally believe I’ve experienced an improvement in symptoms.
But there are times when I miss dairy – especially a creamy salad dressing. So, I was excited to explore some dairy-free dressings and found one that I especially love. Of course, you could always just add a little hummus or ripe avocado with olive oil to get a similar creamy texture.
It’s not the real deal dairy-based dressing, but if I can satisfy the craving and still maintain the health benefits, that’s a win in my book!
