  1. Hi SandraD. I am so sorry to hear of the struggles you are dealing with. Endometriosis can be a really rough illness, I totally understand that. Just know, you are not alone. Have you heard of the endo diet? Changing my diet has helped, not completely, but a lot, some of my pains I have. Certain foods just cause my endometriosis to go mad! Getting rid of dairy, gluten, red meets, sugars- are just some things that have helped me. I also enjoy yoga. Some light stretches help when I have really bad leg pains or cramps. Hoping you find things to help you find relief 🙁 Sending you big hugs! Kimberli (team member)

  3. Hello . For pain-relief I use my TENS machine, which is a small gadget with pads you stick to your body. It works by giving small electric pulses, and it is very effective with period pains and flare-ups. TENS machines are also quite inexpensive 😀 For the migraines (and anxiety) I get, CBD oil is very effective, but it depends on where you live, as it’s not legal everywhere. Please let us know if you have any more questions, or feel like having a healthy rant. We are here for you and understand what you are going through - Jessie (team member)
