"Hello all ! I'm doing mostly fine today. So I've had a few pelvic floor PT sessions, the last one so far was this afternoon. So far it's been going well even though internal exercises are painful and uncomfortable, but I want to keep doing them to feel less pain (daily and during/after sex). Today my session was focused on the external part of my body (if that makes sense). My therapist found out a lot of my muscles even aroud the pelvic floor are very tight and massaged my diaphragm, belly and back. I felt so nice and light afterwards ! I wish I didn't have so much daily pain so I would feel like that every day."
